Rheumatoid arthritis me agar aap allopathic dawaiein le rahe hain aur unse side effects ho rahe hain jaise ki neend me problem aur bathroom jake feeling, to Ayurveda se kuch sahayata mil sakti hai. Sabse pehle, unka dosha samajhna jaroori hai, kyunki ye symptoms Vata dosha ki imbalance ki taraf sanket karte hain. Vata ko balance me laane ke liye warm oil massages bohot helpful ho sakti hai - sesame oil ka abhyanga ghar me hi karein. Ye rojin ek sukhad neenda dheene me bhi madad karega.
Diet me kuch samay ke liye sour, spicy aur fermentid food avoid kiya ja sakta hai. Warm, cooked food jyada acha hoga, jaise ki kitchari ya daliya. Unka digestive agni sudhara karne ke liye panchkola churn - pipali, pippali mool, chavya, chitrak aur sunthi ek sath pees kar, iska churna le sakte hain.
