I am really concerned about my recent experience with chyawanprash. I've been taking it for about three weeks now to help boost my immune system since I've been feeling super run down and tired all the time. My friend recommended it, saying it's great for overall health, but now I'm not so sure. Just yesterday, I started feeling this weird heaviness in my stomach and some mild nausea. Is chyawanprash harmful? I thought it was like this natural superfood, but why am I feeling this way? Also, I noticed that every morning after having it, I get this strange acid taste in my mouth, and it kinda lingers. I mean, everyone says how good it is, like a thousand health benefits, right? But now I’m starting to feel like maybe it’s not for me. I’ve even been a bit more irritable than usual, and I don't know if it’s just coincidental or related to the chyawanprash. What are the signs of it being harmful? Should I stop it right away? Or maybe it's just a cleansing reaction or something? Just hoping to get some clarity from you all.
