I am trying to figure out when to take shilajit capsule because I've heard great things about its benefits but I'm a bit confused. A few weeks ago, I started feeling really sluggish and my energy levels just plummeted, like I'm dragging myself through the days. I read that shilajit can help boost energy, so I decided to give it a shot. The bottle says to take it in the morning, but I've also come across folks saying not to take it at night since it might keep you awake. The thing is, I sometimes feel a dip in my energy around 3 PM, and if I take it in the morning, will it still help later? Or should I take another one midday? Plus, do I mix it with water or just gulp it down? I also want to know if there’s any specific advice for the right time to take shilajit capsule based on my symptoms because I really need to get my energy back on track.
