I am really curious about this whole shilajit thing. A couple months ago, I started feeling super drained and sluggish, like no energy at all. My doctor said I might be low on minerals or something. Anyway, I read that shilajit can help boost energy levels and I thought, why not? I got some from a local shop, and I'm really trying to figure out, how long does it take for shilajit to work? I've been taking it daily for about three weeks now, but honestly, I can’t tell if it’s actually doing anything. Some days I feel a bit more energized, but then other days, like yesterday, I was just totally wiped again. Like, I really want this to work! I’ve heard people rave about shilajit and its benefits, but the waiting is kinda making me restless. Can someone share their experience with how long does it take for shilajit to work for them?
