I am really struggling with this whole ashwagandha thing. I’ve heard so much about its benefits, like stress relief and energy boosts, you know? My friend even swears by it, says it changed her life or somethin’, but I’m kinda lost. I got the tablets, but HOW TO TAKE ASHWAGANDHA TABLETS properly? Like, do I need to take them with food or before meals? I tried taking them before breakfast one morning and felt a bit sick, but maybe that was just me? My head is just racing—do I need to drink water or something specific with them? I dunno, it would be great to get some clarity. Also, I read somewhere that the dosage matters, right?
