Ayurveda mein OCD, neend ki kami, aur liver ki samasya ko door karne ke liye holistic upaay hain. OCD aur neend ke liye, manasik shanti prapt karna aavashyak hai. Anulom Vilom aur Bhramari jaise pranayama din mein 10-15 minute tak karne se man ko shanti milti hai. Yadhi aapki prakriti Vata prakriti hai, toh yeh adhik labhdayak reh sakta hai, kyunki Vata kanmanasik chinta badhata hai.

Liver ko thik karne ke liye, aap diet par dhyaan de. Bhrunhat kadha aur Punarnava mandoor liver ko detoxify karne mein madadgate hai. Regular taazee sabzion aur phalon jaise lauki, karela aur papaya khaayein, yeh liver function ko sudharne mein sahayak hote hain. Week mein 1-2 baar ka lauki ka juice liver ke liye labhdayak maane gaye hain.

Khujli ka ilaj bhi liver detoxification se related ho sakta hai. Nimbu aur shahed ke paani ka pratyek din sevan karein, ismein effective cleansing properties hote hain. Ayurvedic lep jaise haridra-chandan lep ya arogyavardhini vati taklif door karne mein sahayak ho sakte hain.
