I am really struggling these days with feeling super cold all the time, especially in winter. Like, I bundle up and everything, but I still feel this chill, you know? I tried drinking warm teas and wearing multiple layers, but it just doesn’t seem to make a difference! Last week, I was out with friends, and even though they were all fine, I was shivering like a leaf. I started wondering how to heat up your body naturally because this just doesn't feel normal. I looked up some stuff online, but honestly, it’s kinda overwhelming. I'm not sure what would work best for me. I've heard that certain foods can help, like ginger or cinnamon, but I’m not too good with cooking and really don’t want to mess things up more by eating the wrong stuff. Also, I've read that some yoga poses might help with circulation? Maybe that's worth a try. Wondering if any of you have tips on how to heat up your body, like specific practices you use or even home remedies.
