Given your mother’s specific health issues, the recommendation focuses on addressing underlying dosha imbalances primarily vata and kapha which are likely contributors. To support her journey toward improved well-being, consider the following Ayurvedic recommendations:

For her knee and back pain, Mahanarayan oil can be effective. Apply the oil gently on the affected areas, massaging lightly with circular movements for about 10-15 mins. Warm the oil slightly before application to enhance absorption. Do this twice daily, ideally in morning and early evening.

Her digestive troubles, and gas can be assisted by taking Trikatu churna. A combination of dry ginger, black pepper, and long pepper, which helps stimulate digestive fire. Mix 1/4 teaspoon with lukewarm water, have it after meals once or twice a day. Also, CCF tea (cumin, coriander, fennel) can relieve bloating. Boil one teaspoon of each in 4 cups of water till reduced to half. Sip warm, throughout the day.

For her mucous and cough symptoms, Talisadi churna can be beneficial. Take a 1/2 teaspoon with a spoonful of honey once daily—ensure to consume 30 mins before breakfast.

Addressing her frequent cough and easing body heat, Sitopaladi churna is also helpful. Take 1/2 teaspoon with honey or lukewarm water once a day. It spupports respiratory health and balances body heat.

For anxiety and urinary issues, Shatavari can be soothing. It acts as a coolant and supports the urinary tract. Boil a teaspoon in a cup of milk and drink it at night. Ashwagandha powder also good for anxiety; take 1/2 teaspoon with warm milk or water before bed.

Consider a pitta-pacifying diet, avoiding oily, spicy, and fermented food. Encourage her to eat simple, seasonal foods. Focuses on easy-to-digest meals like moong dal khichdi.

Please consult her doctor regarding her BP medication before starting any alternative regimens. Ensure she stays hydrated and gets adequate rest. The advice above should serve as a foundation for her wellness, but consulting a local Ayurvedic practitioner is recommend for personalized care.

Given the complexity of your mother’s symptoms, it’s important to address each area while considering her prakriti and existing health conditions. For weight management, improving digestion is crucial. Begin by having her drink warm water with lemon first thing in the morning. This can help kickstart her metabolism and cleanse her digestive system. Encourage her to follow a diet tailored to balance kapha dosha, focusing on light, warm foods like soups, broths, and lightly cooked vegetables.

For her knee pain and back pain, try massaging with Mahanarayan oil, which is widely used in Ayurveda for relieving joint pain and improving mobility. Gently heat the oil and massage the legs, focusing on the knee in a circular motion. Include the lower back in the massage to ease back pain, followed by a warm compress.

To manage her digestive issues, Trikatu churna, which is a blend of ginger, pippali, and black pepper, can be consumed post-meals. It helps stimulate agni (digestive fire) and alleviates gas. For mucus and frequent colds, a tea made from Tulasi leaves and ginger can be calming and help clear respiratory blockages.

For urinary issues and controlling body heat, Gokshura (Tribulus terrestris) is beneficial. Use in consultation with an Ayurvedic practitioner to ensure it does not interfere with her BP medication. Encourage proper hydration but avoid excessive water intake at night.

Given her BP situation and use of Tezloc Trio 80, it’s essential to regularly monitor her blood pressure and consult her physician about any Ayurvedic supplements to avoid interactions. Her symptoms might require a personalized treatment plan, so collaborating with an Ayurvedic doctor who can assess her in person would be prudent. If she ever feels severe discomfort or sees a sudden worsening in symptoms, ensure she seeks immediate medical attention.
