Managing pelvic pain and inflammation through Ayurveda involves understanding your dosha balance, lifestyle, and dietary habits. The medicines you’re already taking are quite beneficial, as they address vata imbalances, which are often responsible for nerve pain and inflammation. Dazzle, an Ayurvedic supplement, works synergistically with Rasaraj Ras and Rasnasapatakam Kashyam to support the nervous system and reduce vata. Sahacharadi Kashyam further aids in relieving vata-related pain.

Yes, Gokshuradi Guggulu can be beneficial for managing pain and inflammation, especially when it comes to urinary and reproductive health, which might be indirectly affecting your symptoms. To integrate Gokshuradi Guggulu, consider starting with a dose of 3-4 tablets daily, after meals, with warm water. Continue this for at least 3-4 weeks and assess improvements in symptoms. Always check with your Ayurvedic practitioner before adding or changing medications.

For pain relief, regular Abhyanga (warm oil massage) using sesame or Mahanarayan oil can help soothe the nerves and reduce inflammation. Do this daily before bath. Incorporate gentle yoga and pranayama exercises to support circulation and balance vata dosha.

Dietary adjustments are crucial; opt for warm, cooked meals and avoid cold or raw foods that aggravate vata. Favor sweet, sour, and salty tastes. Include ghee, warm spices like ginger, cumin, and turmeric in your diet.

It’s beneficial to continue with Ayurvedic medicines for a few months, but regular consultation with your practitioner will guide exact duration necessary for your condition. If at any point, symptoms exacerbate or new symptoms arise, seek immediate attention from a healthcare professional to rule out acute issues.
