My under thigh area and penis was burned by boiling water 5 months earlie. The burn was 2degree on penis, so skin was fully removed by doctor to heal properly. During healing process white scars appeared on skin . can white scars on penis fade away permanently?

White scars, especially those resulting from second-degree burns, can be quite stubborn. From an Ayurvedic perspective, balancing the doshas, especially Pitta dosha which governs skin health, is crucial. Consume a diet that is cooling and anti-inflammatory to calm the Pitta imbalance that might have arisen due to the burn. Include foods such as cucumber, coconut water, and fresh leafy greens.

Topically, application of Kumkumadi oil can be beneficial. It’s a traditional Ayurvedic oil known for its properties in improving skin tone and texture. Lastly, if scar appearance leads to any discomfort or psychological concern, consult with a dermatologist for additional options like laser treatments or micro-needling that might complement your Ayurvedic routine.
