49 yer old female, dome hysteroctomy in feb 2024. Have acidity,feeling weak ans have kee pain.what is the best medicone for tjis? And how to take it?

Avoid sour, spicy and packed foods. Regular exercise. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Tab Shatavari 2-0-2 Cap. Artilon 2-0-2 Follow up after 4weeks.
