how to use himalaya himcolin gel - #40859

Luke

I am really confused about how to use himalaya himcolin gel. Like, I picked it up after reading so many good things online, but the instructions on the tube are kinda vague. I've been having this lingering lower back pain for weeks now, and I thought this gel would be a miracle, you know? Anyway, I tried applying a small amount after my morning yoga, but it just seemed to sit on my skin, like it was greasy or something. Do I need to rub it in more? I've also heard people say to use it before working out for better flexibility, but I'm not sure how that works either. My friends say it's great for muscle relaxation, but honestly, I just don’t feel anything after using it. What am I missing? Do I need to be consistent or should I apply it differently based on the pain I'm feeling? I really want to get this right because I’ve got a busy week ahead, and I can't deal with this nagging pain messing things up. Can someone explain in simple terms how to use himalaya himcolin gel effectively? Thanks!!!!

Firstly, Himcolin gel is primarily designed to address erectile dysfunction by improving localized blood flow. If you’re experiencing lower back pain, it might not be the ideal product for this issue. Its intended use is quite different from topical pain relief like muscle tension or back pain. The confusion may arise due to varius online testimonials and assumptions about alternative applications. For back pain, it’s more suitable to consider Ayurvedic oils like Mahanarayan oil or other analgesic ointments designed for muscular relief.

Himcolin works by enhancing blood circulation in the penile area, mainly used 30 minutes before sexual activity. Applying it to other areas like the back may not be effective. For application, use a small amount and gently massage it into the skin until it’s absorbed. Though the excitement online might suggest miracle results, understanding the purpose of the product is crucial. If it feels greasy, you might be using too much. A dime-sized amount is typically sufficient for the intended area.

Consistency in application can enhance effects for its intended purpose, but won’t necessarily work for back pain relief. Consider incorporating lifestyle changes for back pain. Regular gentle back stretches, maintaining good posture, and utilizing heat therapy might offer better relief. Look into Ayurvedic remedies targeted for pain management, like Ashwagandha or Guggulu, well-known for their anti-inflammatory properties.

If flexibility during workouts is a goal, regular practice of yoga or Ayurveda-approved exercises can be more effective than relying on gels. Ensure your approach aligns with the actual use and consult a healthcare professional if the pain persists or worsens. Adjusting lifestyle and not over-relying on topical applications might be more beneficial in the long run.

Himalaya Himcolin Gel is, in fact, primarily used as a topical application to support healthy blood circulation and comfort for muscles – it’s worth noting that it’s not commonly intended for treating lower back pain directly. But if you’re thinking about it for muscle flexibility or relaxation purposes, here’s how you could try implementing it properly.

First, it’s crucial to apply the gel to clean, dry skin. Before you start, wash and dry the area where you’ll apply it, ensuring there is no moisture as remnants of water or sweat may interfere with absorption. Generally, taking a small quantity of the gel and rubbing it gently onto the affected area is advisable. You should use a circular motion to aid in its full absorption; do this for a few minutes until you can feel it has been absorbed into the skin and doesn’t just sit on the surface.

If you find it greasy, it might be that you’re using too much; try a smaller amount next time. Consistency is important - consider applying it twice daily for continual support, like once in the morning post-yoga and once before bedtime, to align with your body’s natural repair processes.

Regarding pre-exercise application for flexibility, a light application 15-30 minutes before activity might help promote a warming sensation to better prepare muscles for activity. However, remember that proper warm-up exercises are crucial in preventing strains.

If the back pain persists or worsens, it would be wise to explore other remedies or consult a healthcare provider to rule out serious conditions. While the gel can offer supplementary support for muscle issues, it’s not a substitute for dealing with potential underlying imbalances related to vata dosha influences or deeper musculoskeletal concerns, which could be at play here.
