Hello 🙂

Since your USG is normal, low menstrual flow is usually due to hormonal imbalance, stress, weight changes, anemia, or nutritional deficiency rather than any structural problem.

🌸 About Evecare capsule & syrup- - Evecare works by regulating hormones, improving uterine blood circulation, and correcting functional imbalance. It is a gentle herbal formulation, so results are gradual, not immediate.

⏳ When will you see results? - 1st cycle: Some women notice slight improvement - 2–3 cycles (6–8 weeks): Clear improvement in flow and regularity - Best results: After 3 months of continuous use

👉 Do not stop early, even if the first cycle shows little change.

💊 Recommended way to take - Evecare Capsule: 1 capsule twice daily after food - Evecare Syrup: 2 teaspoons twice daily after food Continue for at least 3 months

🌿 To improve results faster Add these supportive measures: - Iron-rich foods: Dates, jaggery, beetroot, pomegranate - Healthy fats: Ghee, soaked almonds, seeds - Avoid excessive stress & late nights - Warm foods only (avoid cold drinks, curd at night) - Light yoga/pranayama (Anulom Vilom, Bhramari) ⚠️ When to worry? - If flow remains very scanty even after 3 cycles - Periods stop completely - Associated symptoms like hair fall, acne, weight gain (suggest hormonal issue) If after 3 cycles these symptoms persist contact again with USG

Hello Thanks for reaching out! It’s pretty common to have a light period even with a normal ultrasound, and good news—Ayurveda usually helps a lot if you stick with it.

WHY YOUR PERIOD MIGHT BE LIGHT ACCORDING TO AYURVEDA

Vata-Kapha imbalance:- Think of it like your body’s energies being a bit off.

Weak digestion:- If your digestion is sluggish, it can affect everything.

Not enough nourishment: Your body might not be getting what it needs for healthy periods.

Stress, weight changes, too much exercise, or hormones:- These can all mess with your cycle.

Since your ultrasound is good, it means there’s no major physical problem, which is a big plus!

HOW EVECARE WORKS (capsules + syrup) works:

It basically helps your hormones get back in sync, boosts blood flow to your uterus, feeds your reproductive system, and generally helps your period fall into a regular rhythm.

How long until you see results?

First signs: You might notice things improving in just 1-2 cycles (maybe a slightly heavier flow or more regular periods).

Really good improvement: Give it 2-3 months of regular use.

Recommended time:At least 3 months, but sometimes up to 6 months if it’s been an issue for a while.

Ayurveda takes its time to fix things from the inside out, so patience is key!

DIET MODIFICATION

INCLUDE Warm, freshly cooked meals A little bit of sesame seeds Soaked dates and black raisins A spoonful of cow ghee every day Cumin and ajwain in your cooking

❌AVOID Too many cold foods and cold drinks Fast food and baked goods Extreme dieting or skipping meals Staying up late and stress

LIFESTYLE TIPS –Gentle yoga: Poses like Baddha Konasana, Malasana, Bhujangasana are good. –Don’t overdo exercise. –Get enough sleep. –Manage your stress (this is huge for your period).

If after three full cycles you’re still not seeing any change in flow, your periods are getting more irregular, or you have pain or clots, then we might need to adjust your medicine to fit your specific body type.

A light period with a normal ultrasound is definitely fixable, and Evecare is a great start. Just be consistent with it and eat well.

Warm Regards Dr. Snehal Vidhate

Since your ultrasound is normal, low flow is usually due to functional or hormonal imbalance. It’s not serious issue. Evecare slowly and naturally, so results are not immediate. Most women notice some improvement within 1 to 2 cycles and clearer increase in flow by 2 to 3 months of regular use

Continue Evecare capsule one twice daily, and Sir 2 teaspoon twice daily after food for at least three months Take warm nourishing food avoid stress extreme dieting, and excessive exercise

Even if there is no improvement, even after three months, then further evaluation is required, but at present disease, manageable and reversible

Hello,

Since your USG is normal, that is reassuring . Low menstrual flow is often due to hormonal imbalance, stress, weight changes, anemia, thyroid issues, or lifestyle factors, even when scans are normal.

About Evecare capsule & syrup Evecare is a herbal uterine tonic. It works gradually, not immediately.

Expected time to see results: * Minimum: 1 menstrual cycle (4–6 weeks) * Better results: after 2–3 cycles of regular use

Many women notice: * Slight increase in flow after the 1st cycle * More regular and healthier flow by 2nd–3rd cycle

Important points to follow for better results 1.Take medicines regularly as prescribed (don’t skip) 2.Maintain good nutrition (iron-rich foods like dates, greens, jaggery) 3.Manage stress and sleep well 4.Avoid excessive dieting or sudden weight loss

When to worry / consult again

1.No improvement even after 3 months 2.Periods stop completely Severe pain, spotting, or irregular bleeding occurs

If you want, you can tell me: * Your age * How many days your period lasts * Any recent stress, weight change, or thyroid/anemia reports I can guide you more specifically

Warm regards, Dr.Sumi MS(Ayu)

YOUR REPORTS BEING NORMAL IS A VERY POSITIVE SIGN WHEN PERIOD FLOW IS LOW DESPITE NORMAL USG IT USUALLY MEANS THE UTERUS IS NOT GETTING ENOUGH NOURISHMENT OR HORMONAL SIGNALS ARE WEAK THIS IS COMMON AND REVERSIBLE

EVACARE CAPSULE AND SYRUP WORK GRADUALLY THEY DO NOT FORCE BLEEDING THEY REBUILD THE ENDOMETRIUM THAT IS WHY RESULTS ARE SEEN OVER TIME AND NOT IMMEDIATELY

ADDING RAJAHPRAVARTINI VATI AND ASOKA ARISHTA MAKES THE TREATMENT COMPLETE

RAJAHPRAVARTINI VATI HELPS WHEN FLOW IS SCANTY OR DELAYED IT ACTIVATES APANA VATA WHICH IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MENSTRUAL FLOW IT IMPROVES BLOOD SUPPLY TO THE UTERUS

ASOKA ARISHTA IS IMPORTANT FOR CONSISTENCY WITHOUT IT SOME WOMEN GET FLOW ONE MONTH AND AGAIN REDUCTION NEXT MONTYH

THE FIRST PERIOD MAY ONLY SHOW SLIGHT CHANGE SECOND PERIOD SHOWS CLEAR IMPROVEMENT THIRD PERIOD BECOMES NATURAL AND STABLE

MEDICINES SHOULD BE CONTINUED FOR AT LEAST THREE MONTHS EVEN IF FLOW IMPROVES EARLY

IF YOU STOP MEDICINES AS SOON AS FLOW COMES THE PROBLEM CAN RETURN

TAKE EVACARE CAPSULE AND SYRUP DAILY RAJAHPRAVARTINI VATI CAN BE TAKEN CONTINUOUSLY FOR TWO MONTHS BUT STOP DURING THE MENSTRUAL DAYS ASOKA ARISHTA DAILY FOR THREE MONTHS

LESS FATIGUE DURING PERIODS BETTER COLOR OF BLOOD BETTER DURATION LESS DRYNESS AND HORMONAL SYMPTOMS YOU ARE GOING YO ONSERVE

AVOID EXCESS FASTING COLD DRINKS STRESS AND LATE NIGHTS INCLUDE GHEE DATES SESAME WARM FOOD

LOW FLOW WITH NORMAL USG IS NOT A SERIOUS DISEASE IT IS A SIGNAL THAT BODY NEEDS SUPPORT YOU ARE TAKING THE RIGHT MEDICINES

IF AFTER THREE CYCLES FLOW IS STILL VERY LOW THEN MEDICINES CAN BE ADJUSTED

- Evecare is a proprietary Ayurvedic formulation often used to support menstrual regularity, improve flow, and balance hormones in conditions like PCOD.

🌸 Timeframe for results: It usually doesn’t act immediately. Most women notice changes in cycle regularity or flow after 6–8 weeks of consistent use. Some may see improvement earlier, but it often requires patience and steady intake.

🌸 Safety: Evecare is generally considered safe for longer use (several months)

🌸 Lifestyle support: Alongside medicines, regular exercise, stress management, and a balanced diet (warm, light, less oily/sugary foods) are important for better results.

Add following medicines along with Evecare for better results : 1.Ashokarishta 20 ml with 20 ml water twice daily after meals 2.Shatavari kalp 1 tsp twice daily with warm milk after meals
