hair ane beard are greying fast. i am 43 and greying has started in last 2 years and its happening very fast.

If your parents and close relatives get grey hair fast, it can also leads to your problem.
Keep a regular sleep wake cycle.
Include eggs, fish, legumes, nuts, green leafy vegetables in diet.
