Why is my hair and beard greying rapidly? - #47119

hair ane beard are greying fast. i am 43 and greying has started in last 2 years and its happening very fast.

Keep a regular sleep wake cycle.
Include eggs, fish, legumes, nuts, green leafy vegetables in diet.
Do pranayama
