– this is one advanced stage , Arogyavardhini Vati → Contains metals (like mercury) → can stress liver if not purified properly Shilajit → May not be safe in liver cirrhosis (especially if impure) Multiple liver tonics together → No added benefit + risk of liver overload – In cirrhosis, “more medicines” ≠ better So, Bhumi Amla → Good for liver support → Continue (if from trusted source) Guduchi → Improves immunity + reduces inflammation Kalmegh → Supports liver detox (mild dose only) Use 1 herbs only, not all together. —Medicines Livogrit 2 tabs twice daily after food Amalaki Rasayanam 1 tsp morning empty stomach Dasamoola Jeerakam 15 ml + water, twice daily before food —Diet Light food: moong dal, lauki, rice Avoid: alcohol, oily, spicy, non-veg — Note Continue allopathic medicines No heavy detox/panchakarma Review after 6 weeks
