Managing High Blood Pressure and Sugar Levels - #52179

Client_83336c

I have high blood pressure and my sugar level also troubles me, which reaches up to 204. Sugar level spikes after eating food. I am feeling very tired. Please tell me some solution. There is a burning sensation in the entire body.Sometimes a fish-like sensation comes and the head starts aching, which is relieved only after vomiting.

Thanks, this was so helpful! Your suggestion really put my mind at ease. I’m trying the steam inhalation & it’s already helping a bit!
