You can follow this simple schedule for better effect: In the morning after breakfast (15–20 minutes after food), take Chandraprabha Plus 2 tablets with normal water. After lunch (15–20 minutes after food), take Pancharishta 15 ml with equal water. Along with this, take Neeri 2 teaspoons (10 ml) with a little water. In the evening after dinner (15–20 minutes after food), take Chandraprabha Plus 2 tablets again. Before bedtime (about 1 hour after dinner), take Neeri 2 teaspoons (10 ml) with water. Keep a gap of at least 15–20 minutes after meals before taking medicines. Do not take them on an empty stomach. Continue this for at least 6–8 weeks and monitor BP and urine protein regularly. Drink adequate water during the day to support kidney health, but avoid very high salt intake since you have BP and stones. Keep diet simple and regular. Avoid excess salt, processed food, and very spicy items. Include vegetables like lauki, cucumber, and coconut water if suitable. Maintain fixed meal timings and check BP regularly at home. If you notice dizziness, very low BP, or any discomfort, review the doses. For proper monitoring and adjustment based on reports, you can consult me.

You can add Cardimap tablet safely into your routine like this: Take Cardimap 1 tablet once daily after breakfast with water. Continue your earlier schedule as it is: Chandraprabha Plus morning and evening after food, Pancharishta after lunch, and Neeri after lunch and at bedtime. Keep a gap of at least 15–20 minutes after food before taking all medicines. Monitor your BP regularly, as Cardimap also works on blood pressure. If you feel dizziness or BP goes low, dose may need adjustment. Continue this routine consistently.

Hello, You’ve been prescribed a combination of classical ayurvedic formulation that work together for urinary health, kidney stones, and metabolic balance, which can indirectly support blood pressure, -Chandraprabha vati= supports urinary system, metabolism reduces inflammation , helps proteinurea -Pancharishta= improves digestion , metabolism, mild deto, (important for bp + kidney function) -Neeri= direct action on kidney stones, urine flow and infection/inflammation Ideal daily schedule **Morning (empty stomach) -Neeri= 2 tsp (10ml) with equal water wait 20-30 minutes before food Helps flush urinary tract early in the day Best for stone management **After breakfast (within 15-20 min) -Chandraprabha plus= 2 tabs -Pancharishta= 15ml + equal water Post meal improves absoprtion prevents gastric irritation **Afternoon (before lunch or mid day) -Neeri= 2 tsp with water Take 20 minutes before lunch **After lunch -Chandraprabha plus= 2 tabs **Evening (optional but helpful) -Neeri= 2 tsp with water (especially useful for kidney stones) **After dinner -Chandraprabha plus= 2 tabs -Pancharishta= 15ml + equal water Key timing rules- very important -Arishta (pancharishta)-> always after meals -Tablets (Chandraprabha)-> after meals -Liquid kidney tonic (neeri)-> before meals or empty stomach -Keep 20-30 min gap before meals for Neeri -Keep no need to wait after food for chandraprabha/pancharishta Duration of treatment -Minimum 6-8 weeks -Kidney stones + proteinuria often need 2-3 months -Bp support is gradual, not immediate Important precautions 1) Blood pressure monitoring -continue daily home bp tracking -Ayurveda helps gradually- don’t expect instant drop 2) Hydration (critical for stones) -drink 2.5-3 L water/day Add -coconut water few times/week -barley water (excellent in Ayurveda) Diet (very important in your case) Since you mentioned irregular eating + weight loss, fix times -eat at fixed times Reduce -salt important for Bp -fried/spicy food -packaged food Include -lauki -coconut water -coriander water -light, warm meals Avoid -alcohol -excess tea, coffee -late night eating Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you
