My thumb on my feet getting numb, what is the cause of it, is it high sugar? What to do to get fit as always? Is this chia seed good for daily life? Chia seeds, cinnamon, turmiric lemon and honey can make my health fit or what will happined if i do drink every day in an empty stomach?

Numbness in the feet can occur due to several reasons: Vitamin B12 deficiency Sitting for long hours Poor blood circulation in the feet Diabetes Answer 1 The cause may be high blood sugar, but not always. A lack of vitamins, especially Vitamin B12, can also lead to numbness. According to Ayurveda, numbness is considered a Vata disorder. The presence of numbness indicates an imbalance of Vata dosha. Answer 2 To stay fit: Walk regularly for 20–30 minutes daily. Avoid sitting or standing for long periods continuously. Regular exercise helps improve blood circulation. Answer 3 Chia seeds are good for daily consumption and may help improve nutritional deficiencies. However, the quantity should depend on your Agni (digestive strength). Excess intake may cause bloating or digestive discomfort. Answer 4 A drink made with chia seeds, cinnamon, turmeric, lemon, and honey can be healthy. You may take it on an empty stomach, but ensure that your digestive system (Agni) can tolerate it. Stop consuming it if you experience any discomfort. Suggested Solution If you have numbness in your feet, you may try the following Ayurvedic remedies: Ashwagandha with milk: Take 5 g of Ashwagandha in one glass of milk daily for 15 days. You can take milk at night and in morning with lukewarm water. Maharasnadi Kwath: Take 10 ml twice daily for 15 days with lukewarm water, after meal. Oil massage: Massage the feet with Mahanarayan oil, which may help reduce Vata imbalance. If any other symptoms persist, please let me know.

balarista - 15-20 ml with equal water after meals yograj guggulu - 2 tab twice a day mahanarayana thailam - massage toe in downward direction for 10-15 min Apply warm sesame oil or mahanaryana thailam to the feet daily before bathing. Diet: Favor warm, unctuous (Snigdha), and cooked foods. Include healthy fats like A2 Ghee. Avoid cold, dry, or fermented foods (Vataki diet). Use “warming” spices like Ginger, Garlic, Cumin, and Asafoetida (Hing). Garlic, in particular, is a potent Vata-hara herb. Favor wheat, red rice, and black gram (Urad dal). Urad dal is traditionally used in Ayurveda for strengthening the nervous system. Soaked almonds and walnuts provide essential fatty acids that support myelin sheath health. Footwear: Ensure the patient is not wearing tight shoes that compress the nerves. Blood Sugar Management: If you have a history of high sugar levels, managing the underlying cause is the first step in preventing further nerve damage. Avoid refrigerated water, ice cream, and cold salads. avoid Dry & Crunchy Foods: Minimize intake of crackers, popcorn, and dry cereals, as these increase dryness in body Reduce excess intake of “Vata-aggravating” vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower, and sprouts (unless cooked with plenty of ghee and spices). Avoid excessive tea or coffee, as caffeine can overstimulate the nerves and lead to further dryness. Avoid sitting in one position for too long or crossing the legs, which can restrict blood flow to the extremities. u will see results in 15-20 days
