While Ayurveda offers traditional perspectives on these conditions, it is important to understand that chronic creatinine elevation and musculoskeletal issues require careful management. Since you have a background in the medical field, you will appreciate the need to monitor glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) alongside these values. In Ayurveda, high creatinine is often viewed as a dysfunction of Mutravaha Srotas (the urinary system) and an imbalance of Kapha and Vata affecting the Vrikka (kidneys). The goal is to clear the micro-channels and reduce systemic inflammation. 1. Punarnavasavam: 20 ml with an equal quantity of lukewarm water, twice daily after food. This acts as a potent diuretic and rejuvenates kidney tissue. 2. Chandraprabha Vati: 2 tablets twice daily with water. It helps in clearing toxins (Ama) and supports urinary function. 3. Varunadi Kwath: 15 ml diluted in 60 ml of boiled and cooled water, taken on an empty stomach in the morning and evening. This is traditionally used to improve renal clearance. Frozen shoulder is primarily a Vata disorder, specifically Vyana Vayu, which governs movement. It involves the depletion of Shleshaaka Kapha (joint lubrication), leading to stiffness and restricted mobility. 1. Balarishta: 25 ml with equal water, twice daily after meals. It strengthens the nerves and reduces Vata in the joints. 2. Yogaraja Guggulu: 2 tablets twice daily with warm water. This is a standard anti-inflammatory for joint stiffness. 3. Kottamchukkadi Thailam (External): Warm the oil slightly and apply it to the shoulder with a gentle massage, followed by a warm compress or steam. This helps liquefy the “stuck” Kapha and improves range of motion.

👇👇👇👇👇 Elevated creatinine levels often relate to a disturbance in Mutravaha Srotas (urinary system) and an imbalance of Vata and Pitta dosha. 👇👇👇👇👇👇 Frozen Shoulder this is due to Vata disorder involving the constriction of the ligaments (snayu) in the shoulder joint, leading to stiffness and pain. For high creatinine 1) punarnavadi kwath- 15 ml mix with 45 ml lukewarm water empty stomach morning and evening 2) Chandraprabha Vati - 2 tablet after food with water 3) Gokshuradi gugglu - 1 tablet after food with water 4) neeri KFT- 2 teaspoon twice daily after food 👇👇👇👇👇👇 For frozen shoulder 1) ksheerabala 101 capsule- one capsule twice daily with warm milk 2) yogaraj gugglu- two tablet after food with warm water 3) Kottamchukadi thailam- apply lukewarm oil gentle massage with steam or hot bag compression 4) sahacharadi thailam- mix with above oil apply locally twice daily 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 Favor: Warm, freshly cooked vegetarian meals. Use Bottle Gourd (Lauki), Pointed Gourd (Parwal), and Moong Dal prepared with ginger, garlic, and a small amount of Ghee. Avoid: heavy foods (red meat, rajma), high-potassium fruits (bananas/citrus), excessive salt, and cold/gas-forming vegetables (cabbage, cauliflower). Avoid carbonated drinks.
