Consume drakshadi kwath 15 ml with 45 ml lukewarm water at 6 am and 6 pm before food along with a pinch of Avipathy choornam in it If your bowel/stool is hard then you can increase Avipathy choornam dosage to 1 teaspoon else continue with the aforesaid dosage. Consume 1 shaddharanam tablet before lunch with warm water Use balaguluchyadi thailam for head massage 20 minutes prior to bathing.
