Sweating while eating spicy food is mainly due to pitta sensitivity, which is a body response and not a disease. It means your system reacts strongly to heat/spices. No need for strong treatment — just control triggers: Reduce very spicy, oily, and hot foods Prefer mild spices and balanced meals Take buttermilk (day time) or coriander water to cool the system At home: Coriander seed water (soaked overnight) 3–4 times/week Amla in diet helps reduce heat For tonsillitis tendency: If oil application on head triggers it, avoid heavy or cold oiling, especially at night or in cold weather. Keep throat protected: Avoid cold exposure, cold drinks, and late-night eating Gargling with warm salt water once in a while helps prevent recurrence Sutshekhar Ras – 1 tablet once daily after food Sitopaladi churna – ½ teaspoon with honey when throat irritation starts No need for continuous medication unless symptoms are frequent.
