lumpy/clotted bleeding, recurrence after hormones, and irregular flow—indicate aggravated Vata + Pitta dosha and are commonly seen in Endometriosis 1.Rx Lodhrasava – 15 ml twice a day with equal quantity of water Tab raktstambhan vati - 2 tab twice a day after meal Tab evakalp - 2 tab twice a day Shatavari – balances female hormones & soothes Pitta 2. Diet (Ahara) Avoid: spicy, sour, fried, junk, tea/coffee excess Take: warm, light food, green vegetables, pomegranate, sesame seeds Drink: coriander + fennel water daily (cooling & regulates bleeding) 3. Lifestyle (Vihara) Gentle yoga (especially pelvic circulation poses) Practice Anulom Vilom & Bhramari pranayama Proper sleep (before 11 PM) 4. Detox (if chronic) Virechana (Pitta cleansing) Basti therapy (best for Vata balance in utrus) Lumpy blood regularly is not normal → do pelvic ultrasound & Hb check Continue treatment consistently for 3–6 months for results

Endometriosis with lumpy/clotted bleeding means there is Vata + Pitta imbalance affecting the uterus (Artava vaha srotas). Ayurveda can help control bleeding, pain, and recurrence but this needs regular treatment for few months. Take Ashokarishta (best for uterine bleeding) Dose: 15 ml + equal water 2 times daily after food Helps reduce heavy/clotted bleeding & regulates cycle Kanchanar Guggulu (for endometriosis lumps) Dose: 2 tablets twice daily after food Helps reduce abnormal tissue growth Lodhra powder Dose: ½ teaspoon twice daily with water Controls bleeding and improves uterine health Praval Pishti (if bleeding/clots more) Dose: 125 mg twice daily with honey or water Helps in excessive bleeding & burning sensation For pain (if present) Dashmoolarishta 15 ml + water after meals Simple lifestyle advice Avoid spicy, sour, fried food Reduce tea/coffee Take warm, light food (khichdi, vegetables) No late nights, manage stress Gentle yoga (avoid heavy exercise during periods)

Hello dear, It sounds like you are dealing with a frustrating cycle. Endometriosis can be incredibly stubborn, and the “lumpy” blood (clots) often indicates that the uterine lining is thickening excessively or not shedding efficiently, which Ayurveda often links to a combination of Kapha (heavy/mucus) and Vata (flow/pain) imbalances. In Ayurveda, endometriosis is often viewed as Sannipataja Artava Dushti. The “lumpy” blood suggests Rakta Gulma (stagnation) or an excess of Pitta and Kapha in the blood. The goal is to “scrape” the excess tissue and ensure the Apana Vata (downward energy) is moving correctly. Ayurveda Medicines : 1. Sukumaram Kwath Tablet This is the gold standard for endometriosis and uterine growths in Ayurveda. It helps soften the tissue and regulates hormonal function. Dose: 2 tablets twice daily, 30 minutes before food 2. Kanchanara Gulgulu Specifically used to reduce “Granthi” (lumps or growths) and manage the thickness of the endometrial lining. Dose: 2 tablets twice daily, taken after food with warm water. 3. Asokarishtam Used specifically to manage the quality of the blood flow and reduce the “lumpy” nature of the period. It acts as a uterine tonic. Dose: 20ml with equal quantity of water, twice daily after meals. Avoid cold drinks or cold food entirely, especially during your period. This prevents the blood from “clotting” or becoming lumpier. Apply warm castor oil to the lower abdomen with a heating pad for 20 minutes (only before your period starts, never during active bleeding). This helps break down stagnation.

Hello, Your case needs serious attention now, not causal treatment You have -endometriosis (history) -recurrence after hormonal pills -now lumpy/clotted bleeding increasing day by day This indicates -Pitta + rakta dushti + possible endometriosis thickening recurrence First- important medical check Please do one ultrasound immediately Because we must rule out -endometrial thickness increase -fibroid/ cyst -active endometriosis progression Don’t rely only on symptoms here Why this is happening -hormonal pills suppressed the condition -after stopping-> rebound imbalance Now -Pitta high = heavy/ clotted bleeding -kapha high= tissue overgrowth -vata high =irregular pattern Internal management 1) Control bleeding and clots -Ashokarishta= 15ml + equal water twice daily after meals =best for heavy/ lumpy periods 2) Endomteriosis/ tissue control -kanchanar guggulu= 2 tabs twice daily after meals =reduces abnormal tissue growth 3) Blood purification + pitta balance -Mahamanjisthadi kashayam tablets= 2 tabs twice daily before meals =works on clots, inflammation 4) Pain /cramp -Sukumaram kashayam tablets = 2 tabs at bedtime =regulates apana vata Diet -warm, light meals -vegetables, barley, old rice -jeera + coriander water Avoid -dairy excess -red meat -fried, spicy food -cold food Lifestyle -daily walking/ yoga -avoid stress even if you feel low, hormonal axis is sensitive -no late nights Expected results -2-3 weeks= bleeding / clots reduce -1-2 months= cycle stabilizes -3 months= better hormonal balance Endometriosis is -chronic but manageable -needs long term correction, not temporay suprression Ayurveda works well here but only with -proper medicines -strict diet -regular follow up Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you

1.Kanchnar guggulu 2 tab twice daily with water after meals 2.Sukumara kwath tablets 2 tab twice daily with water after meals 3.Pradarantak rasa 1 tab twice daily with water after meals 4.Lodhrasava 20 ml with 20 ml water twice daily after meals 5.Mahamanjisthadi kwath 15 ml with 15 ml water twice daily after meals Adv: Pelvic ultrasound and Hb Diet and Lifestyle Changes -Drink Coriander & Fennel Water: Daily intake helps cool the body and regulate bleeding. -Avoid “Hot” Foods: Stay away from spicy, sour, fried foods, and excess tea/coffee which aggravate Pitta. -Castor Oil Pack: Applying warm castor oil to the lower abdomen before your period starts (never during active bleeding) to help break down stagnation. -Avoid Cold Intake: Do not consume cold drinks or food, especially during your period, as this encourages clotting.

Hello. I completely understand how exhausting it is to bounce between treatments only to have the symptoms return and worsen. Passing increasing amounts of lumpy blood is a clear sign of severe pelvic congestion and uterine inflammation. Here is exactly what is happening. Hormonal pills artificially suppress your natural cycle to thin the uterine lining. When you stop taking them, the body often experiences an estrogen rebound. This causes the endometrial tissue to grow back rapidly and excessively. The lumpy blood you are seeing consists of large blood clots. When the uterine lining sheds too fast or too heavily, your bodys natural anticoagulants cannot keep up, causing the blood to clump together before it leaves the body. Since the homeopathy is no longer managing this heavy shedding, we need to intervene immediately to stop the excessive blood loss and pelvic pain. Ayurvedic Action Plan For Clotting and Endometriosis We must immediately cool the pelvic inflammation, break down the thick clots, and regulate the heavy bleeding. 1. Pushyanuga Churna Dosage: 1 teaspoon twice daily. Time: 30 minutes before your meals. Vehicle: Mixed with rice water. To make this, wash a handful of raw rice, soak it in water for an hour, and use that strained water. 2. Ashokarishta Dosage: 15 ml mixed with 15 ml of normal water. Time: Twice daily, 30 minutes after lunch and dinner. 3. Kanchanar Guggulu Dosage: 2 tablets twice daily. Time: Take this alongside the Ashokarishta. ✓Crucial Care Rules Avoid Heating Foods: You must strictly avoid spicy foods, sour items, coffee, and excessive salt. These drastically increase body heat and pelvic inflammation, which will guarantee heavier bleeding and larger clots. Cold Compresses: Unlike regular periods where heat helps, because you are actively bleeding with large clots, apply a cold compress or an ice pack wrapped in a cloth over your lower abdomen for 15 minutes. This will gently constrict the blood vessels and slow the heavy flow. Rest: Complete physical rest is mandatory right now. Any heavy exertion or exercise will push more blood downward and worsen the clotting. Regards, Dr Gursimran Jeet Singh MD Panchakarma
