●Dates-Blood Booster: The iron content of dates and the calcium of milk revitalize the body.Blood purifier: Helps in purifying the blood and increasing haemoglobin. •How to consume: Boil 2-3 dried figs in a cup of milk for 5-7 minutes. Consume lukewarm. It’s best before bedtime.People with diabetes and obesity should consume this product in limited quantities.Blood Boosting and Energy Figs are high in iron and copper. Milk is rich in vitamin B12 and protein. This combination helps relieve anemia, fatigue, and weakness. ●Plant-Based Iron and Problems Heme iron (from animals) is easily absorbed by the body. Non-heme iron (from plants – such as spinach, chickpeas, kidney beans, and lentils) is not easily absorbed by the body. Because of this, iron deficiency is more likely in vegetarians. ●Chandraprabha Vati - 2 tablets twice daily with warm water. ●Pradarantak Churna - 1 teaspoonful twice daily with warm water. ●Female Health Support - 1 capsule twice daily with warm water. ●Kanchnaar Guggul - 2 tablets twice daily with warm water ●Sarotovahi Capsules - 1 capsule twice daily with warm water ●Lohasava- 20 ml with warm water 3 times.

It is quite common for menstrual flow to shift after fibroid treatment, especially if the medication was designed to shrink the growths or balance your hormones. In many cases, a “much less” flow is actually the goal of fibroid therapy, as fibroids typically cause excessively heavy bleeding. However, since you are also feeling fatigue, it is important to distinguish whether the reduced flow is a sign of “healthy regulation” or “depleted vitality.” In Ayurveda, this is often viewed as a balance between Artava (menstrual fluid) and Rasa Dhatu (nutritional plasma). I have added medications for you take them consistently for some time to see results . Dos✅ Focus on Iron-rich foods: Beets, pomegranate, soaked raisins, and dates. Drink warm water infused with a little Fennel (Saunf) or Cumin. Practice gentle Yogasanas like Baddha Konasana (Butterfly pose) to improve pelvic blood flow. Apply a warm heating pad to the lower abdomen if you feel “stuck” or heavy. Donts❌ Avoid “Stale” or “Dry” foods (leftovers, crackers) which can reduce flow. Avoid excessive caffeine and carbonated drinks. Avoid high-intensity, exhausting workouts during the 3 days of your period. Avoid mental stress and “over-thinking,” as the mind-uterus connection is very strong.

Hello, It is common for menstrual flow to fluctuate after fibroid treatment, but a significant reduction (hypomenorrhea) for two consecutive months deserves attention. In Ayurveda, this is often viewed as an imbalance in Vata and Pitta doshas affecting the Artava Vaha Srotas (menstrual channels). From an Ayurvedic lens, reduced flow is often categorized under Artava Kshaya. While your previous treatment likely cleared the “Kapha” (heavy/fibroid) accumulation, the current reduction might stem from: Vata Imbalance: Causing constriction or dryness in the uterine lining. Dhatu Kshaya: A depletion of nutritional essence (Rasa Dhatu), leading to scanty flow. Post-Medication Effect: Some treatments for fibroids are designed to thin the endometrium, which can sometimes persist longer than expected. Prescription : 1. Sukumaram Kwath (Tablet or Liquid) This is a classical Kerala formulation specifically for uterine health and hormonal balance. Dose: 15 ml liquid with 45 ml lukewarm water (or 2 tablets) twice daily, 30 minutes before food. 2. Raja Pravartini Vati A potent formulation specifically used to encourage healthy menstrual flow when it is scanty or delayed. Dose: 1 to 2 tablets twice daily with lukewarm water, starting one week before your expected period date and continuing until the flow starts. 3. Dhanwantaram Thailam (For External Application) Usage: Gently massage warm oil over the lower abdomen in a clockwise motion for 10–15 minutes daily before a bath to pacify Vata and improve local circulation. Helpful Tips Hydration: Drink warm infusions of fennel or cumin seeds throughout the day. Diet: Include “Agni” (digestive fire) boosting foods like ginger, papaya, and sesame seeds to encourage flow. Check-up: Since you have a history of fibroids, it is wise to get a follow-up ultrasound to ensure the uterine lining is healthy and no new obstructions have formed.

reduced menstrual flow for the past two months after previous fibroid treatment can occur due to hormonal changes, stress, nutritional factors, or natural changes in the uterine cycle. Since your fibroid-related bleeding had improved last year with treatment, this may simply reflect the body gradually rebalancing. In Ayurveda, reduced menstrual flow is often associated with Vata imbalance or mild weakness in the reproductive tissues (Artava Dhatu). Ayurvedic Support Maintain a warm, nourishing diet. Include: sesame seeds, dates, pomegranate, beetroot, ghee in moderation, and adequate hydration. Helpful Ayurvedic herbs often used for female reproductive balance: Shatavari Ashoka Kumari (Aloe vera) Lodhra These should ideally be taken under Ayurvedic guidance. Lifestyle Advice Avoid excessive stress and late nights. Moderate exercise and yoga can help maintain hormonal balance. Keep digestion healthy, as Ayurveda considers hormonal health closely linked with digestion (Agni).

Reduced bleeding for 1–2 months after fibroid treatment can happen due to hormonal changes, medication effect, or improvement in the fibroid condition itself. If cycles are regular and there is no severe pain or clotting, it is usually not immediately concerning. However, fatigue suggests the body may still need support. Keep meals nourishing and regular. Avoid excessive stress, late nights, and skipping food. Include iron-rich foods like dates, black raisins, beetroot, leafy vegetables, and sesame seeds. At home: Soaked black raisins (5–7) daily Warm milk with a little ghee at night for strength Shatavari churna – 1 teaspoon with milk at bedtime Ashokarishta – 15 ml with equal water twice daily after food Punarnava mandoor – 1 tablet twice daily after food This will support hormonal balance, energy, and healthy menstrual flow. If bleeding becomes extremely scanty for multiple cycles, or if fatigue increases, a follow-up scan and haemoglobin check would be advisable. Regards, Dr Raghuveer (Ayurvedacharya)
