●Im giving medicine starts upto 5 to 6 months ●Eat Whole Grains: Opt for lighter grains like barley (Yava), millet, quinoa, and buckwheat. These help scrape excess moisture and fat from the tissues.Legumes: Most beans are beneficial because they are astringent. Mung dal, chickpeas, and lentils are excellent sources of plant-based protein.Vegetables: Favor bitter and pungent vegetables which help cleanse the liver and blood. Cruciferous: Broccoli, cauliflower, and cabbage. Bitter: Bitter gourd (Karela), leafy greens, and asparagus. ●Avoid Heavy Dairy: Avoid heavy creams, aged cheeses, and excessive yogurt, as these can increase congestion. Fresh buttermilk (Takra) spiced with cumin is a better alternative.Refined Sugars & Flour: White sugar, white bread, and pasta can spike insulin levels, which may contribute to fibroid growth.Red Meat: Traditionally viewed as heavy and difficult to digest, often associated with increasing growth energy in the body.Salty & Oily Foods: Excessive salt leads to water retention, and deep-fried foods can aggravate both Kapha and Pitta.Cold Foods: Iced drinks and cold salads can dampen the digestive fire (Agni), leading to more Ama formation ●Chandraprabha Vati - 2 tablets twice daily with warm water. ●Pradarantak Churna - 1 teaspoonful twice daily with warm water. ●Female Health Support - 1 capsule twice daily with warm water. ●Kanchnaar Guggul - 2 tablets twice daily with warm water. ●Sarotovahi Capsules - 1 capsule twice daily with warm water

Post-menopausal bleeding should always be evaluated carefully, especially when the endometrial thickness is 9 mm and bleeding returns after stopping medicines. In Ayurveda, this condition is usually understood as a combination of Vata-Pitta imbalance with Rakta dushti and Artavavaha srotas dysfunction, while fibroids are considered a form of Mamsa granthi / Arbuda-like growth due to Kapha accumulation and disturbed tissue metabolism. Since your bleeding is persistent for more than 6 months and you are also passing tissue-like material with abdominal cramps, it is important to first rule out conditions such as: Endometrial hyperplasia Endometrial polyp Precancerous changes Malignancy So before deciding against hysterectomy completely, you should undergo: Transvaginal ultrasound follow-up Pap smear Endometrial biopsy / hysteroscopy if advised by gynecologist This is very important because post-menopausal bleeding is never considered “normal.” From an Ayurvedic perspective, treatment aims to: Control abnormal bleeding Reduce fibroid growth tendency Improve uterine tissue health Correct aggravated Pitta and Rakta dushti Prevent recurrence Ayurvedic management can help many women avoid surgery when reports are stable and no malignant changes are present. Useful Ayurvedic medicines Kanchanar Guggulu – helps in reducing fibroid growth tendency Pradarantak Lauh / Churna – supports control of bleeding Ashokarishta – uterine support and bleeding regulation Chandraprabha Vati – supports pelvic circulation and inflammation Pushyanug Churna – helpful in irregular bleeding Lodhra, Ashoka, Nagkesar – classical herbs for Rakta-Pitta control If bleeding is moderate to heavy repeatedly, physicians may also advise: Mukta Pishti Bolbaddha Ras Sheeta-Pitta pacifying medicines Panchakarma may also help in selected cases: Virechana (Pitta cleansing) Basti therapy for Vata regulation Uttarbasti

Hello, Post-menopausal bleeding (PMB) with an endometrial thickness of 9mm requires a thorough medical evaluation, as any thickness over 4mm or 5mm in post-menopausal women typically necessitates a biopsy (D&C or Pipelle) to rule out hyperplasia or malignancy. While small fibroids are generally considered clinically insignificant, the presence of tissue-like discharge and recurrence after stopping medication suggests a need for deeper systemic management. In Ayurveda, this is viewed as Asrigdara (excessive or irregular uterine bleeding), primarily caused by an imbalance of Pitta and Vata Doshas affecting the Rakta Dhatu (blood tissue). The goal is to pacify Pitta, cool the blood, and tone the uterine muscles. Prescription : 1. Ashokarishtam Primary uterine tonic; regulates bleeding and tones the endometrium. 15–20 ml with equal water, twice daily after food. 2. Punnarnavadi Kwath Helps reduce inflammatory thickness and supports fluid balance. 15 ml with 45 ml lukewarm water, twice daily before food. 3. Chandraprabha Vati Addresses growths (fibroids/thickness) and balances Kapha-Vata. 1–2 tablets, twice daily with lukewarm water. If malignancy and hyperplasia are ruled out by a biopsy, you may consider these alternatives to a hysterectomy: Hormone Therapy: Low-dose progestin (pills or injections) to thin the uterine lining. Mirena IUD: A progestin-releasing intrauterine device that significantly reduces endometrial thickness and bleeding. Endometrial Ablation: A procedure that destroys the thin layer of the lining of the uterus to stop bleeding. Uterine Artery Embolization (UAE): If fibroids are determined to be the cause, this cuts off their blood supply.
