Yes, Lakshadi Guggulu can be used in some bone and joint conditions, but cervical and lumbar spine problems can have different causes (disc issues, nerve compression, arthritis, osteoporosis, etc.), so it may not be the most appropriate medicine in every case. For spine-related pain and stiffness, the following are commonly preferred: Yograj Guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily after food Maharasnadi Kwath – 15 ml with equal water twice daily Mahanarayana Taila – local gentle massage Please share her age, symptoms, and any MRI/X-ray findings for more specific advice.
