यदि आप “Special Jeevan Shakti Ras” की बात कर रहे हैं, तो यह सामान्यतः एक आयुर्वेदिक ऊर्जा-वर्धक (energy tonic) और रसायन उत्पाद माना जाता है। इसमें एलोवेरा, गिलोय, केसर, गुलाब, इलायची आदि घटक बताए जाते हैं। इसका उपयोग शरीर की ऊर्जा बढ़ाने, थकान कम करने और सामान्य स्वास्थ्य समर्थन के लिए किया जाता है। –1 ग्राम की अनुमानित कीमत लगभग ₹0.8 से ₹1.1 प्रति ग्राम पड़ती है। —यह शरीर को सामान्य बल और ऊर्जा दे सकता है, लेकिन घुटनों के दर्द या जोड़ों के क्षरण को सीधे ठीक करने के प्रमाण सीमित हैं ----Rx: -योगराज गुग्गुलु – 2 गोली, दिन में 2 बार, भोजन के बाद गुनगुने जल के साथ। -महायोगराज गुग्गुलु – 1 गोली, दिन में 2 बार, भोजन के बाद। -दशमूल क्वाथ – 20 ml + 20 ml गुनगुना जल मिलाकर, दिन में 2 बार, भोजन से पहले। -महानारायण तैल – घुटनों पर हल्की मालिश, दिन में 1–2 बार, इसके बाद हल्का स्वेदन (गर्म सेंक)। ------यदि Special Jeevan Shakti Ras लेना चाहते हैं: 15 ml, दिन में 2 बार, भोजन के बाद पानी के साथ। यह सहायक (supportive) रसायन के रूप में लिया जा सकता है, परंतु घुटनों के दर्द का मुख्य उपचार नहीं माना जाता। -----पथ्य: गुनगुना पानी पिएँ। तिल, लहसुन, मेथी, सहजन (मोरिंगा) का सेवन करें। वजन अधिक हो तो नियंत्रित रखें। नियमित घुटना व्यायाम एवं हल्की सैर करें। -----अपथ्य: ठंडे पेय, दही (विशेषकर रात में), तली-भुनी वस्तुएँ। लंबे समय तक एक ही स्थिति में बैठना।
