AVP Sukumara Gritham is an Ayurvedic formulation traditionally used for internal health benefits, particularly for women's health and digestive issues. It is not designed for topical skincare application. For daily skincare, it is recommended to use products specifically formulated for external use, such as creams or lotions. If you have any concerns about using this product or need recommendations for suitable skincare products, consulting with a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner or skincare specialist would be beneficial.
