Each Rumalaya forte tablet contains:
Shallaki – Boswellia serrata – 240 mg – It is mainly used in treatment of osteo-arthritis and muscular pains.
Guggulu – Commiphora wightii – 200 mg – It is best used in  decreasing cholesterol level and relieving joint inflammation.
Rasna – Alpinia galanga – 70 mg
Yasthimadhu – Glycyrrhiza glabra – 70 mg
Gokshura – Tribulus terrestris – 60 mg
Guduchi – Tinospora cordifolia – 60 mg
Processed in Nirgundi – Vitex negundo
Sunthi – Zinger officinale.
Rumalaya Forte Tablet Indications:
Arthritis
Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis
Cervical and Lumbar Spondylitis
Gout
Traumatic inflammatory conditions like Fibrositis, Bursitis, Synovitis, Capsulitis, Tenosynovitis, Myositis, and Sciatica
Arthralgia
Frozen shoulder.
Dosage: 1 tablet twice daily. Treatment may be continued till the symptoms are relieved.
Special Precautions: Pregnancy and lactation, Severe cardiac, Hepatic, and Renal impairment.
How long to take:
This medicine can be taken for a period of 6 – 8 weeks as per doctors advice. After that time, usually the dose is gradually
reduced and the medicine is stopped in next 6 weeks of time.

There are no recorded side effects with this medicine.
It is usually prescribed in a lower dose during lactation and in children.
