How to use Nagarjuna Thrivruthu Lehyam
Take 3–6 g of powder once or twice daily after food or before food. Administer with honey, milk or warm water. For purgation use between 9–11 a.m. followed by frequent drafts of hot water. Follow practitioner’s guidance strictly.

It was also referred as Trivritadi Lehyam and Trivrilleham. This formulation is based on Operculina turpethum water decoction combined with powder of same root and heated with sugar to semisolid consistency. Trijata (Cinnamon, Cardamom and Tamala leaf) and honey are added after cooling. It was administered with warm water or milk. Among classical synomyms are Trivrilleham, Trivrith Lehyam, Trivrit Leham. This product supports pitta balance and is indicated in Vata-dominant digestive disorders. Studies have been recorded in Brihat Trayi manuscripts.
