Skin being the largest organ of the integumentary system, is for many reasons a common site of diseases. Vitiated blood is a major cause for skin diseases. Purifying the blood (Rakta shodana) is a unique method in Ayurveda to get rid of skin diseases. Of the various blood purifying methods explained in Ayurveda, palliative internal medications is one. Sri Sri Ayurveda’s Rakta shodini is prepared based on the ancient arishta manufacturing process. DOSAGE: Adults: 15 to 25 ml Twice or thrice daily after food with equal quantity of water or as directed by the physician.
Children (5 to 15 Years): 5 to 10 ml Twice or thrice daily after food with equal quantity of water or as directed by the physician.
