Ashwagandha gritha is a herbal preparation of the main ingredient ashwagandha.
Its usage:

1. It is widely proven and used as a nerve tonic.
   
2. Beneficial in treating most of the neurological disorders.
3. Also proved very useful in development of better neurological skills like intelligence, memory, etc.

Dosage:
1/4-1/2 tsf on empty stomach with warm water normally, in children it may vary.
Preferably dosage should go as directed by the physician.
