Aloes Compound Tablet is a proprietary Ayurvedic medicine manufactured by Alarsin Pharmaceuticals.It is for treating female infertility.

Ingredients of Aloes Compound Tablet:

Each film coated tablet contains-

Kumari [Aloe barbadensis] Aloe Vera – 70 mg

Hirabol [Commiphora myrrha] – 70 mg

Jeevanthi [Holostemma adakodien] – 30 mg

Kambhoji [Kirganelia reticulata] – 30 mg

Kasisa bhasma – 30 mg – Kasis Bhasma is an Ayurvedic medicine, prepared from Green Vitriol – Ferrous Sulphate. 

It is used in Ayurvedic treatment of Anemia, Fever, Spleen diseases etc.

Manjishta [Rubia cordifolia] – 35 mg – Manjishta is a famous herb for blood detoxifying. 

Is root is extensively used in many skin disease medicines of Ayurveda. It is called as Indian Madder in English. 

It is used in many oral Ayurvedic medicines and in Ayurvedic oils for skin conditions as well.

Hurmal [Peganum harmala] – 35 mg

Indication & Dosage of Aloes Compound Tablet:

1.Irregular & scanty menses, amenorrhoea, delayed menarche- 2 tablets twice or thrice a day for 3-4 months 

 [discontinue when pregnancy is suspected].

2.Pain and discomfort during menstruation – 2 tablets thrice a day from 3-5 days before the expected date of menses 

   till menses begins & pain subsides. To be repeated for 3-4 cycles.

3.To counteract side effects of contraceptive pills- 2 tablets twice or thrice a day [a course of 100-200 tablets]. 

   To be repeated as & when required.

4.Female infertility- when menstrual pattern & quantity of flow are normal- to induce normal ovulatory cycles 7 

   to improve fertility index, 2 tablets twice a day, starting from 1st day of menstrual cycle to the 14th day of the cycle. To be repeated       every cycle till she misses the period & pregnancy is confirmed.
