Ashoka (Saraca asoca)- 500 mg- uterine sedative, endometrial sedative, haemostyptic.
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera)- 25 mg- anxiolytic, anti-inflammatory.
Bilva (Sida cordifolia)- 20 mg- haemostyptic, anxiolytic.
Chandana (Santalum album) – 20 mg- urinary antiseptic, mood elevator, astringent.
Jatamamsi (Nardostachys jatamansi)- 20 mg- nervine sedative, anxiolytic.
Jeeraka (Cuminum cyminum)- 20 mg- estrogenic, uterine stimulant.
Shuddha kasisa – 20 mg- iron supplement.
Lodhra (Symplocos racemosus)- 100 mg- uterine sedative, tackles menorrhagia.
Mandoora bhasma – 10 mg- iron supplement.
Shatavari (Asperagus racemosus)- 100 mg- nutrient.
