Shigru Guggul is a tablet formulation prepared using two herbs named shigru (Moringa oleifera) and guggul (Commiphora mukul). Shigru Guggul tablets help in maintaining our locomotor system healthy as it has shothahara, shoolahara and rasayan properties. This formulation can be given in amavata, sandhivata, vatarakta etc because these two herbs assist in balancing all the three doshas. In some conditions, shigru may vitiate the pitta dosha, so it's better to avoid taking this formulation during pitta elevated conditions.
