I am really curious about how much weight can you lose doing yoga for 30 days. Lately, I've been feeling so sluggish and out of shape. I mean, I used to be active but then work got in the way and I've just been sitting around way too much. A few weeks ago, I decided to give yoga a shot because my friend keeps saying it can really help with both flexibility and weight loss. I've been trying to commit to a daily practice, mostly just some basic flows and a bit of meditation. Now I'm 15 days in, and I feel a bit better, but I'm not sure if I've lost any weight. My clothes feel a tad looser, but I can't tell for sure. Could it really help? Like, how much weight can you lose doing yoga for 30 days if you also change your diet a little? I'm also kinda worried cause I really enjoy the stretching and relaxation part, but I can't help but wonder if that's enough to see real results. I mean, are there specific styles or poses that are more effective for burning calories? Should I be doing cardio on top of the yoga, or is that not necessary?
