Prescribed Medications: For Fever & Body Ache: Tribhuvan Kirti Ras (1 tab twice daily with warm water).

For Headache: Pathyadi Kadha (15 ml + 15 ml water, twice daily empty stomach).

For Immunity: Giloy Ghan Vati (2 tabs BD) and Amritarishta (20 ml with water after food).

Diet & Lifestyle: Eat light. Prefer Mung dal soup (Mudga Yusha) or Rice gruel (Peja). Drink warm water boiled with Dry Ginger (Shunthi) to digest toxins (Ama). Avoid: Day sleep, curd, cold water and heavy/oily foods.

3. Home Remedy: Tea made of Tulsi, Black Pepper, and Ginger to relieve sinus pressure and headache.

Hello I totally get how it feels to have a headache and fever, especially when you’re already feeling run down. Fever just sucks the energy right out of you, messes with your appetite, and makes it hard to think straight. So, it’s completely normal to be worried!

YOUR CONCERN

* Headache * Fever * Feeling like your immunity is low * General weakness and just not feeling well

AYURVEDIC UNDERSTANDING

Ayurveda doesn’t just see a fever as a high temperature. It’s usually a sign that:

* Your digestion is a bit off (Agni dushti) * There are toxins in your body (Ama) * Your Doshas (Vata-Pitta or Pitta-Kapha) are out of whack

Headaches during a fever often happen because of:

* Those toxins building up (Ama) * An excess of Pitta * Dehydration and weakness

So, the first step is to get rid of those toxins (Ama pachana), then deal with the fever (Jwara shamana), and finally, build up your immunity (Rasayana).

AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT

INTERNAL MEDICATION

1.Sudharshan Ghan Vati: One tablet twice a day after eating. (This is a classic fever medicine, helps bring down your temperature, and eases headaches.)

2.Amrutarishta 20 ml twice a day after food, mixed with the same amount of water. (Good for fever, weakness, and helps your immunity.)

3. Godanti Bhasma: 250 mg twice a day with honey or warm water. (Helps with headaches and body aches from fever.)

4.Guduchi (Giloy) tablet 1-0-1 after food (Super immune booster and helps keep fever from coming back.)

Important If your fever is really high (over 101°F), lasts more than 2-3 days, or you have chills, bad body pain, cough, or a rash, please see a doctor right away.

DIET PLAN

✅INCLUDE

* Warm rice porridge * Moong dal soup * Vegetable soup * Cooked apples or pomegranate * Warm water (sip often)

❌AVOID

* Fried food * Spicy food * Cold drinks * Curd, cheese * Meat * Heavy or oily meals

👉 Keep it light, warm, and easy to digest until your fever goes away.

HERBAL REMEDIES

* Drink a mix of tulsi and ginger once a day. * Drink warm water with a tiny pinch of dry ginger powder. * Get plenty of rest – don’t fight sleep.

After the fever is gone – Build up your immunity:

Once your fever is down:

* Chyawanprash 1 teaspoon every morning with warm milk or water. * Ashwagandha Churna: Half a teaspoon at night with warm milk. This helps you get your strength back, boosts your immunity, and speeds up recovery.

How to live while you’re sick:

* Get full rest until the fever clears. * Stay away from cold air or AC. * Keep yourself warm. * Don’t skip meals or fast.

Fever is actually your body’s way of fighting things off. If you just suppress it without fixing your digestion and clearing out those toxins, it might come back or leave you with weak immunity.

👉 With proper Ayurvedic care: * Fever usually gets better in 1-3 days. * Headaches go away as the toxins clear. * You’ll feel stronger, and your immunity will improve over time.

HELLO,

Your body has a natural protective strength called immunity. In Ayurveda, this strength is known as Ojas. When digestion is weak, stress. is high, sleep is poor, or the body is exposed to infections, digestive fire becomes weak

WHEN AGNI IS WEAK -food is not digested properly -toxic waste called Ama forms -Ama blocks body channels

This leads to -Fever= body trying to burn toxins -Headache= due to toxins+disturbed vata and pitta -Low immunity= due to reduced Ojas so, the problem is not only fever or headache, but internal imbalance and toxin accumulation

TREATMENT GOALS -remove ama (toxins) -correct digestion -balance vata and pitta -reduce fever and headache naturally -stregthen immunity -prevent recurrence

INTERNAL MEDICATIONS

A) FOR FEVER AND TOXIN REMOVAL

1) SUDARSANA GHAN VATI= 1 tab thrice daily with warm water after meals for 7 days =best classical medicine for fever, removes toxins, reduces pitta, prevents relapse of fever

2) AMRUTOTTARAM KASHAYA= 15ml + 15 ml warm water twice daily before meals for 10 days =contains guduchi- nectar for immunity, controls fever, body pain, headache, improves digestion and strength

B) FOR HEADACHE

1) GODANTI BHASMA= 250mg with honey twice daily after meals till headache subsides =excellent for fever related headache, reduces inflammation, calms pitta in head region

C) FOR IMMUNITY STRENGTHNING

1) GUDUCHI GHAN VATI= 2 tabs twice daily after meals for 2 months =strong immunomodulator, increases Ojas, prevents recurrent infections

2) CHYAWANPRASHA= 1 tsp in morning for 3 months =rejuvenator, improves lung strength, digestion, immunity

D) IF APPETITE IS POOR

1) TRIKATU CHURNA= 1/2 tsp before meals with honey for 7 days =improves digestion, burns ama, hips medicines work better

EXTERNAL THERAPIES

NASYA= Instill 2 drops of Ksheerbala taila in each nostril morning empty stomach for 7 days = clears toxins from head, relieves headache, improves brain function

HEAD MASSAGE= ksheerbala oil before sleep =calms nervous system, improves sleep, reduces headache

DIET -rice gruel -moong dal soup -vegetable soup- bottle gourd, pumpkin, carrot -warm water -ginger tea -turmeric + black Pepper

AVOID -cold drinks -curd, cheese, panner -fried food -bakery, junk food -sour and fermented items -ice cream

HOME REMEDIES

1) TULSI-GINGER-PEPPER DECOCTION -tulsi leaves= 5 -ginger= 1 inch -black pepper= 2 boil-> drink twice dail = reduces fever, impoves immunity, clears respiratory toxins

GOLDEN MILK -warm milk + turmeric + pinch of pepper night time =improves immunit, helps recovery, improves sleep

LIFESTLE CHANGES -adequate rest -no daytime sleep during fever -early bedtime -avoid stress, anger, overthinking -avoid screen exposure during headache

YOGA -vajrasana -sukhasana -shavasana

PRAYAM -Anulom Vilom= 10 rounds -Bhramari = 5 rounds

AVOID= kapalbhati during fever

BENEFITS -improves immunity -reduces stress -improves oxygenation

If fever lasts more than 3 days go for investigation -CBC -ESR/CRP -Dengue/Malaria test
