Herbs and Teas for Immune Support with CLL - #51201

I have high lymphocyte counts due to CLL. I am looking for safe herbs that support the immune system without raising lymphocytes even more. I drink dandelion root tea, matcha tea and pau d'arco tea. Is any of those teas too much stimulating the immune system? I feel worse when I drink Tulsi tea.

–(Herbal Teas): Dandelion root – 1 tsp, steep in 1 cup hot water, morning Chamomile – 1 tsp, steep in 1 cup hot water, evening Ginger + Turmeric – ½ tsp ginger + ¼ tsp turmeric, 1 cup, afternoon Peppermint / Lemon balm – 1 tsp, 1 cup, anytime —Avoid: Tulsi, Echinacea, Astragalus Lifestyle: Warm, lightly cooked foods; reduce processed sugar; gentle exercise; adequate sleep Follow-Up: Monitor lymphocytes as per hematologist

Thank you for your response. I might come back to you after I have received the blood test results that check for genetic mutations of the enzymes that break down histamine. High histamine foods have been a problem for 30 years.
