Hello dear, It is understandable to feel frustrated when you’ve put in the effort to gain nearly 12 kg but don’t see the structural changes you expected. At 23, your body has largely completed its primary pubertal development, but breast tissue remains sensitive to hormonal fluctuations and nutritional quality. Why didn’t the weight gain affect breast size? In Ayurveda, breast tissue is considered Stanya, which is a byproduct of Rasa Dhatu (the first tissue formed from food) and Mamsa Dhatu (muscle/flesh). Metabolic Distribution: When using mass gainers like “Endura,” the weight often goes to the Kosta (midsection) or is stored as “Ama” (unprocessed waste) rather than healthy, structural Mamsa (muscle) or Meda (fat) in specific areas. Hormonal “Agni”: If your hormones (specifically Estrogen) are not being processed efficiently by the liver, the body won’t signal the fat to deposit in the breast tissue. The PCOD Connection: You mentioned experiencing PCOD symptoms previously. PCOD often involves higher levels of androgens (male hormones), which can lead to a more “masculine” fat distribution (stomach/thighs) while keeping the chest area flat. 1. Shatavari Gulam (Internal) This is a traditional Kerala jam-based preparation. Shatavari is a powerful phytoestrogen. Unlike a general weight gainer, this directs nourishment to the female endocrine system. Dose: 1 tablespoon (10g to 15g). Timing: Twice daily, followed by a cup of warm, full-fat milk. 2. Dhanwantharam Thailam (External Massage) To increase size, the skin and underlying tissue must be made supple and the blood flow increased. Method: Warm the oil slightly. Massage the breasts in a circular, upward motion for 10 minutes before your bath. This stimulates the local Dhatus (tissues). 3. Ashwagandharishtam Since you are trying to build tissue, Ashwagandha acts as a natural anabolic agent to help the body “hold” the weight in a healthy way. Dose: 20ml mixed with 20ml water. Timing: Twice daily after meals. Targeted Dietary & Lifestyle Changes Phytoestrogen-Rich Foods: Incorporate fennel seeds (Saunf), sesame seeds (Til), and soy (in moderation). Fennel tea is particularly excellent for mimicking estrogenic activity. Healthy Fats: Instead of processed gainers, use A2 Cow’s Ghee and Makhana (fox nuts) roasted in ghee. These build “Ojas” and healthy fat. Pectoral Exercises: Focus on “Chest Presses” or “Push-ups.” While these don’t grow the breast tissue itself, they build the Mamsa Dhatu (pectoral muscle) underneath, which provides a natural lift and a fuller appearance.

Breast development is primary done by Ras dhaatu and the breast and the balance of kapha and pitta dosha when your weight gain occurs in the body but doesn’t reflect in certain area it pointing towards that tissue metabolism is not effectively transforming the nutrition into fatty tissue or breast tissue So you have experience a weight gain without any local change in your breast tissue so you will focus on her that balance hormone and improve the circulation to for the growth of your breast tissue 1 Shatavari Gulam or Phala Sarpis- 1 table spoon twice daily with warm milk or water on empty stomach 2) Ashwagandharishtam- 15 ml twice daily after meal with an equal amount of water 3) Shatavari Tablet- one tablet twice daily after food 4) Dhanwantharam Thailam - 10 ml apply on breast in circular motion for 10 minutes before bath Include cow’s ghee, olive oil, and nuts (almonds and walnuts) in your diet. Increase intake of soy products, flaxseeds, sesame seeds (Til), and fenugreek (Methi) seeds. Dairy: Drink warm milk mixed with a pinch of turmeric and dry ginger at night Fresh Fruits: Pomegranates and papayas While you mention no exercise, performing Chest Presses or Push-ups helps develop the pectoral muscles underneath the breast tissue, providing a fuller appearance and better lift. Practices like Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose) and Ustrasana (Camel Pose) Maintain adequate water intake

At 23, breast size is largely determined by genetics, hormones (especially estrogen), and fat distribution. gaining weight does not always increase breast size because fat may deposit more in the abdomen, hips, or thighs rather than the chest. why this happens fat distribution pattern is genetically decided mild hormonal imbalance (like low estrogen effect or higher androgens) can keep breasts smaller poor tissue nourishment (rasa and mamsa dhatu) despite weight gain use of artificial weight gainers may increase overall weight but not targeted tissue quality what you can do internal support include stanya-supportive dravya like shatavari, munnakka or grapes, in diet if digestion/metabolism is weak, medicines from stanya janana mahakashaya group can be used under guidance focus on improving agni (digestion), because proper tissue formation depends on it diet add healthy fats: ghee, milk, soaked almonds include fennel (saunf), sesame seeds (til), and small amounts of soy avoid relying on weight gain powders; prefer natural nourishment external therapy regular gentle massage with bala-ashwagandha oil 10–15 minutes daily, circular and upward motion to improve circulation and tissue tone lifestyle additions nasya (2 drops of ghee in each nostril in morning) helps hormonal balance and nourishment at a systemic level proper sleep and stress control are important for hormonal health targeted exercises these don’t increase breast tissue directly but improve shape and fullness push-ups chest press dumbbell fly wall press regular practice helps lift and give a fuller appearance

Targeted Chest Exercises ----While exercise won’t increase breast tissue (which is mostly fat and glandular tissue), it can strengthen and enlarge the pectoral muscles underneath, improving breast shape and lift: -Push-ups – 3 sets of 10–15 reps -Chest presses (with dumbbells or resistance bands) -Chest flys (lying down with dumbbells) -Incline push-ups or incline chest presses These exercises can make your chest look fuller and firmer. ----Breast development is affected by estrogen and progesterone. In adults, breasts are mostly developed, but mild increases can sometimes. -------Rx- 1) Morning Warm water + Navayug Churna 1 tsp Hingwastak Churna 1 tsp after breakfast 2) Afternoon Ashokarishta 2 tsp after meals 3) Evening Warm milk + Shatavari Churna 1 tsp + Badam Pak 2 tsp 4) Night Chyawanprash 1 tsp with warm milk ----Lifestyle Tips Chest exercises: push-ups, chest presses (10–15 min daily) Daily oil massage (almond/sesame) Balanced diet with protein & healthy fats 7–8 hours of sleep

At 23, breast size not increasing even after weight gain is usually due to genetic pattern, body fat distribution, and hormonal sensitivity of breast tissue. Weight gain alone does not always increase breast size because fat may deposit in other areas of the body instead. In Ayurveda, this is seen as underdeveloped Meda dhatu (fat tissue) in the breast region with mild hormonal imbalance or tissue sensitivity. The approach is to improve nourishment, circulation, and hormonal balance. For internal support, take Shatavari churna 1 tsp twice daily with milk, as it supports female hormones and tissue nourishment. Add Ashwagandha churna ½ tsp once daily with milk to improve overall strength and anabolic effect. Externally, do gentle massage with warm sesame oil or almond oil on the breast area daily for 10–15 minutes, which improves circulation and tissue response over time. Include healthy fats in diet like milk, ghee, soaked almonds, seeds, and maintain regular meals. Start light strength exercises for chest muscles (like wall push-ups), which help improve shape and firmness even if size change is gradual. It is important to understand that breast size has a strong genetic component, so drastic changes are not expected, but with this approach fullness, firmness, and slight increase in size can be achieved over time. Consistency is key.

Hello, Ayurvedic view -Likely vatapitta imbalance + low meda dhatu (fat tissue ) distribution -even though weight increased, breast tissue didn’t develop-> due to –poor tissue nourishment (dhatu poshan) -possible mild hormonal imbalance (artava dhatu kshaya tendency) Internal medications 1) Shatavari kalpa= 2 tsp with warm milk twice daily after meals =natural phytoestrogen, promotes breast tissue development, improvs hormonal balance 2) Ashokarishtam = 15ml + equal water after meals twice daily =regulates female hormones, supports reproductive tissue health 3) Kumaryasava= 15ml + water after meals twice daily =improves metabolism and hormone function, enhances tissue nourishment External application very important **Dhanwantaram taila -gentle breast massage daily 5-10min -always upward and circular motion =improves local circulation, helps tissue toning and mild enlargement over time Diet focus on natural estrogen supporting + nourishing foods -milk + ghee daily -soaked almonds 5-10 -black sesame sseds -figs, dates -fenugreek in diet Avoid:- -junk food -excess tea, coffee -crash dieting Lifestyle and exercises start light exercises important since you currently dont -chest opening yoga= bhujangasana, gomukhasana -light strength training = push ups, dumbbells =This help shape the chest muscles-> improves appearance Timeline and Expectations -visible changes= 2-3 months -better results= 4-6 months consistency -Note= genetics also play a role-> aim for improvement not drastic change Avoid -fake breast enlargement pills/cream -hormonal tablet without advice If periods are irregular-> kindly go for personal consultation for deeper evaluation Do follow Hope this might be helpful Thank you
