●Aapki pareshani mai samajh sakta hoon. Jab periods do mahine late ho aur phir thoda sa hi blood aaye, toh sharir mein kafi bechaini aur irritation hone lagti hai. Saath hi bina wajah weight badhna bhi is baat ka sanket hai ki sharir ka metabolism (pachan aur urja banane ki kriya) dheema ho gaya hai. Aapne thyroid check karwaya aur woh normal aaya, yeh bahut acchi baat hai.
