Ultrasound में bulky uterus और irregular bleeding दिख रही है, Ayurveda में इसे Artava dushti / Vata-Kapha dushti के रूप में देखा जाता है। पहले gynecologist से report दिखाकर fibroid, adenomyosis या endometrial thickness की पुष्टि कराएं। – साथ में Hb/CBC भी कराएं क्योंकि कमजोरी anemia से हो सकती है। –Ayurveda में Ashokarishta, Pushyanug churna, Kanchanar guggulu और Pradarantak lauh जैसी औषधियां दी जा सकती हैं। -भारी काम, तीखा-खट्टा-तला भोजन और ज्यादा चाय-कॉफी से बचें। अगर bleeding बहुत ज्यादा हो, clots आएं, चक्कर/बहुत कमजोरी हो तो तुरंत दिखाएं।
