Can Ayurveda completely reverse stage 2 uterine prolapse in a 45-year-old with varying symptoms? - #55622
I am 45 year old and just got diagnosed with stage 2 uterine prolapse.is it reversible throughly Ayurveda. I will be starting physiotherapy soon. My symptoms vary each day and intensity alsovaries, Bligh some quiet days as well. Mostly I feel false poop urges or sitting on a ball feeling or my tailbone hurts with sitting. I read online standing makes prolapse worse, it i find it more relieving than sitting. Also I do some gentle yoga stretches including rabbit and child pose. I read online they are not good in prolapse, but before I got diagnosedI felt good after doing them. Please guide.

Hello maam , uterine prolapse completely can’t be reversed but the symptoms you have mentioned can be managed like frequent urges for stool and bloating . Medication along with vaginal pichu you can try that will help to strengthen muscles there and relieving symptoms . Try pelvic floor exercises .
