I am really struggling with PCOS and unable to conceive for over a year now. I got married two years ago and thought things would fall into place. But the whole PCOS and unable to conceive thing has been such a unexpected twist. My cycles are irregular, like sometimes they're 40 days sometimes they're 60, and it's making it really hard to t figure out when I'm ovulating, if at all. I'm feeling kinda stuck and I'm wondering if anyone else has faced PCOS and unable to conceive situations and managed to find some kind of balance with Ayurveda or even home remedies? Doctors have suggested the typical medication, but I'm looking for something a bit more natural. I'm just worried I'm missing something obvious. I heard some things like spearmint tea might help, but is that really effective for PCOS and unable to conceive? Plus, my energy levels just feel off and mood swings are here more than I'd like, which I think is part of the whole PCOS thing. Do you guys think an Ayurvedic diet really makes a big difference when dealing with PCOS and unable to conceive issues? Or maybe certain herbs or treatments I should try that have worked for others?
