Iske Liye Kya Khana Chahiye? (Diet & Nutrition) ​Kyunki isme dard ya jalan nahi hai, iska matlab hai ki aapko sirf sharir ko thandak dene wale, rakt ko saaf karne wale (blood purifiers), aur pitta ko shant karne wale aahar ki zarurat hai: ​1. Pitta-Shamak aur Sheetal Aahar (Cooling Foods) ••​Kishmish aur Munakka: Raat ko 8-10 munakka ya kishmish paani mein bhigo dein. Subah uthkar iska paani pee lein aur munakka chaba kar kha lein. Yeh sharir ki garmi ko shant karta hai aur rakt ko bal deta hai. ••​Amla (Indian Gooseberry): Amla Pitta aur Rakta dono ke liye sabse behtar Ayurvedic rasayan hai. Aap roz subah 10-15 ml amla juice paani mein mila kar piyein ya amla murabba khaein. ••​Anar (Pomegranate): Anar ka ras ya anar khana garbhashay ki muscles ko taqat deta hai aur bleeding ko niyantrit karta hai (Stambhana property). ​2. Sheet Veerya Dravy (Cooling Herbs/Drinks) ••​Saunf aur Mishri ka Paani: Ek chammach saunf ko ek gilass paani mein ubaal lein, thanda hone par thodi dhage wali mishri mila kar piyein. Yeh sharir ko andar se thandak dega. ••​Nariyal Paani (Coconut Water): Hafte mein 3-4 baar nariyal paani piyein. Yeh natural coolant hai. ​3. Ghee ka Sevan (Cow’s Ghee) ​Apne khane mein A2 Desi Cow’s Ghee ka istemaal badhayein. Ghee Pitta dosha ko shant karne ke liye sabse uttam mana gaya hai aur yeh endometrium lining ko heal karta hai. ​•Kya Nahi Khana Chahiye? (Avoid) ​Sharir mein garmi badhane wali cheezon se parhez karein: ​Behad teekha, masaledar, fried, aur processed food. ​Bahut zyada chai, coffee, ya alcohol ka sevan. ••​Garam taseer wali cheezein jaise zyada bajra, gadd (jaggery), ya garam masale piche kuch dinon ke liye kam karein. •​Agar aap iske liye koi aam Ayurvedic aushadhi apnana chahte hain toh: ••​Lodhrasava ya Dashmularishta: Periods ke baad 15-20 ml barabar matra mein paani mila kar din mein do baar khane ke baad lene se garbhashay ki tona-up hoti hai aur hormonal balance banta hai. ••​Shatavari Churna: Aadhaa chammach shatavari churna roz raat ko gungune doodh ke sath lein. Yeh female reproductive system ko balance karne ki sabse achhi jadi-booti hai.
