आपकी उम्र 28 वर्ष है और पिछले 3 महीनों से पीरियड्स नहीं आए हैं, बीच-बीच में स्पॉटिंग होती है, तथा इससे पहले 15-15 दिन तक भारी रक्तस्राव (Heavy Bleeding) होता था। यह स्थिति सामान्य नहीं मानी जाती और इसके पीछे हार्मोनल असंतुलन, PCOS, थायरॉइड विकार, गर्भावस्था, गर्भाशय की गांठ (Fibroid), एंडोमेट्रियल समस्या या अन्य स्त्रीरोग संबंधी कारण हो सकते हैं।
सबसे पहले क्या करें
Pelvic Ultrasound, Thyroid Profile (TSH), CBC,  करवाएं।
आयुर्वेदिक दृष्टिकोण
आयुर्वेद में यह स्थिति आर्तवदोष, वात-कफ असंतुलन तथा हार्मोनल विकृति से संबंधित हो सकती है। उपचार का चयन कारण जानने के बाद ही किया जाता है।

नियमित हल्का व्यायाम या योग करें।
जंक फूड, अत्यधिक मीठा, कोल्ड ड्रिंक और देर रात जागने से बचें।
