2 महीने से पीरियड्स नहीं आए हैं तो पहले प्रेग्नेंसी टेस्ट कराएं। यदि प्रेग्नेंसी नहीं है, तो स्त्रीरोग विशेषज्ञ से जांच कराएं क्योंकि हार्मोनल असंतुलन, PCOS, तनाव, वजन में बदलाव आदि कारण हो सकते हैं। आयुर्वेदिक सहायक उपचार: Rajahpravartini Vati – 1 गोली दिन में 2 बार भोजन के बाद, 5–7 दिन (केवल गर्भावस्था न होने पर)। Ashokarishta – 15–20 ml बराबर पानी मिलाकर दिन में 2 बार भोजन के बाद। साथ में पर्याप्त नींद लें, तनाव कम करें और संतुलित आहार लें। यदि अत्यधिक दर्द, भारी रक्तस्राव या बार-बार पीरियड्स रुक रहे हों तो चिकित्सकीय जांच आवश्यक है।
