विशेषज्ञता का क्षेत्र: | I am focused mainly on musculoskeletal issues like joint pain, back pain, neck stiffness and mobility problems, these come very often in my practice and I try to understand the root cause rather then just giving relif. I also work with stress related conditions, digestive disorders and chronic skin diseases like psoriasis, which sometimes take time but respond well to consistent care.
I am also intrested in women’s health, including hormonal imbalance, PCOS, amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, mood changes and post menopausal concerns, though every case feels a bit diffrent honestly. My approach is more personalized, I guide patients on diet, daily routine and lifestyle changes that suits them, not a one size fits all kind of thing... sometimes small habits make big differnce! |
उपलब्धियों: | I am completed BAMS from Vaidyaratnam Ayurveda College under Kerala University of Health Sciences, with strong clinical exposure.. During my rotatory internship I had training at Kerala Institute of Sports Ayurveda and Research and Govt Ayurveda Research Institute for Mental Health, Kottakkal, along with college and goverment hospitals. This helped me develop pratical skills in musculoskeletal disorders, sports injuries, mental health and lifestyle diseases. I regular attend seminars, CME programs to stay updated, though learning never really stops right? |
I am Dr Amrutha P, an Ayurvedic physician trained in Kerala, a place known for its deeply rooted and authentic Ayurvedic tradition. I completed my BAMS from Vaidyaratnam Ayurveda College, Ollur under Kerala University of Health Sciences, where my foundation in classical Ayurveda was shaped with both theory and practcal exposure. My approach is not about just treating symptoms or giving quick relief, I try to understand the root cause of the problem, because many times what we see is only the surface. I focus on individualized Ayurvedic treatment plans that consider body constitution (prakriti), imbalances, and lifestyle factors, even small habits that people dont always notice can make a difference. I provide online consultations where I guide patients on diet (ahara), daily routine (dinacharya), sleep patterns, stress managment, posture and lifestyle corrections. Sometimes these changes looks simple, but when followed properly they can support long term healing and balance in the body. I belive consistency matters more than quick fixes! My goal is to make Ayurveda practical and accessible in everyday life, not something complicated or difficult to follow. I try to keep my guidance realistic and personalized, because every person is diffrent and what works for one may not work for another, and that is something I always keep in mind.
