I am an Ayurveda consultant with more than 10 yrs of clinical experience, and the journey still feel like learning everyday. I work with wide range of cases, some simple, some very complex, and each patient teach me something new in own way. I am founder of Jay Ayurveda, and through this platform I try to provide Ayurveda services everywhere, not limited to one place only.
I completed my B.A.M.S. from Kolkata, and presently pursuing my M.D. Ayurveda from Vadodara, which keep me deeply connected to classical Ayurvedic texts and modern clinical thinking. As a classical Ayurveda physician, I focus strongly on understanding prakriti, vikriti, digestion, and lifestyle patterns before starting any treatment. Medicine is important yes, but diet and daily routine play a bigger role than many realise, I see this again and again in practice.
My approach usually combine Ayurvedic medicine prescription with practical diet advice and lifestyle correction, because without that results feel incomplete. Some days progress is slow and that can be frustrating, but sustainable healing need time and patience. I try to explain things clearly, though sometimes I feel I explain too much maybe, but patient clarity matter to me. My work is rooted in traditional Ayurveda, but adapted for todays life, which is not always easy but necessary.

I am a BAMS graduate with a Fellowship in Preventive Cardiology, and my clinical journey has grown steadily over more than 4 years now. During this time I got chance to treat over 10,000 patients across different health concerns, which honestly shaped how I think about ayurveda in real life practice. The exposure was intense at times, but it helped me understand patient patterns, lifestyle impact and long term care better.
I am actively involved in Panchkarma therapies and have successfully performed more than 400 Panchkarma procedures till date. My hands-on work includes Agnikarma, Viddhakarma, and Marma Therapy, and these therapies require precision, patience and lot of observation. Some days the response is quick, other days it takes time, but that is part of learning I guess. I try to keep treatments as per classical principles while adjusting to modern preventive needs, esp in cardiology related risk factors.
I am more inclined towards preventive care, lifestyle correction and procedure based management rather than only medicine. Diet, daily routine, and follow up matters a lot, even if patient feels fine initially. I may sound strict sometimes about compliance, but results do show up slowly. My approach keeps evolving, and I am still learning everyday, from patients mostly, not just textbooks!!

I am working with classical Ayurvedic principles in daily clinical practice, and most of my diagnosis is based on Ashtavidha and Dashavidha Pariksha, which I rely on deeply. I manage Vata, Pitta, Kapha disorders using individualised treatment plans, not same for everyone, because prakriti really matter here. Over time I treated cases like Gridhrasi, Sandhivata, Amavata, Pakshaghata, Amlapitta and different Twak Vikaras, each case teaching me something new.
I am involved in prescribing classical Ayurvedic formulations and also guiding patients on proper pathya and apathya, which sometimes patients ignore but later realise its value. I have performed and assisted in Panchakarma procedures such as Snehana, Swedana, Vamana, Virechana, Basti and Nasya, and honestly coordination during procedures is very important, even small mistake can affect result.
I also spend time on patient counselling related to Ahara, Vihara, Dinacharya and Ritucharya. Some days it feel repetitive, but lifestyle correction make long term differece. My approach stay rooted in Ayurveda, practical, slightly flexible, and always focused on balance rather than quick relief only.

I am working in an Ayush hospital for last 5 years, and that time shaped how I see patients and treatment in real life. The exposure was broad, day to day OPD cases, follow ups, some long standing chronic complaints, and routine hospital work that teach patience more than theory books. I handled cases under senior guidance at first, later taking responsibility on my own, which was little scary honestly.
My focus stay on applying Ayurvedic principles in practical setting, not just diagnosis but observing how patient respond over time. Working in hospital setup made me careful about documentation, treatment planning, and counselling, though some days were very hectic and things not go as planned. I learned to adapt.
I try to keep consultations simple, explain diet, lifestyle, and medicines in way patient understand, even if it takes extra minutes. That balance between hospital protocols and individual care is something I still work on. The experience feel grounding, real, and sometimes exhausting, but meaningful in long run.

I am a BAMS-qualified Ayurvedic physician from Jalandhar, Punjab, and I work with a deep interest in blending classical Ayurvedic wisdom with modern telemedicine care. My practice is largely consultation based, reaching patients across the country through online platforms, which still feels new sometimes but works well. Till now I have served more than 500 patients through teleconsultations, mostly chronic cases where consistency really matters more than quick fixes.
I focus on understanding each patient through dosha assessment, mainly balancing Vata, Pitta, Kapha using individualized treatment plans and nutrition guidance. Around 85% symptom relief has been seen in chronic conditions, though outcomes vary and need patience. I rely on personalised diet, daily routine correction, and classical Ayurvedic medicines. Some days are challenging, but seeing people feel lighter, sleep better, or regain control over health keeps me going. My aim stays simple,, long term wellness through practical Ayurveda, not rushed solutions.
