I have severe hairfall and so cere iron Deficiency.... For that my doctor advised me prawalpisti+honey before food can it cure my condition or should I add prawalpisti+yastimadhu +honey for... Better result for hairfall and severe iron deficiency

Parval pisti is good for hairfall, but if you are having iron deficiency then you should take Tablet Liv-52 1-0-1 after food with water Saptamritlauh 1-0-1 after food with water Take 200ml. Of pomegranate juice / apple juice/ beetroot juice daily Take black dates 2-3 / day daily . Do pranayam lom -vilom kapalbhatti bhastrika daily for 5-10mins twice.

For severe hairfall and iron deficiency, Prawal Pishti, a calcium supplement in Ayurveda, combined with honey may have some benefits, but addressing iron deficiency requires more than just calcium. Prawal Pishti is known for its cooling properties and aids in strengthening bones and teeth, it may not directly address iron deficiency or hairfall caused by low iron levels.

Yastimadhu (Licorice) is often considered for its soothing properties and capability to balance Pitta dosha, which can contribute to hairfall if imbalanced. However, while using these Ayurvedic remedies, it is also essential to directly address the iron deficiency.
