I am really trying to understand how Kerala Ayurveda Kalyanakam kwath works. About a month ago, I started noticing that I was feeling super tired all the time, and my digestion was just off — bloating and that icky feeling after meals. A friend who's into holistic healing suggested I try Kerala Ayurveda Kalyanakam kwath because she said it’s supposed to help with energy levels and digestion.
