I am really at my wit's end here! I've been dealing with this digestive issue for a while now, like constant bloating and gas after every meal. Just the other day, I went to this Ayurveda practitioner who suggested I try Nagarjuna Thriphalaadi Keram. He said it could help, but I’ve never heard of it before. He mentioned it’s good for balancing gut health and might even ease some discomfort, but I’m kinda skeptical. I've had this heaviness in my stomach for way too long, and it's driving me crazy. I mean, doesn’t every single diet or remedy sound good in theory? Plus, I read somewhere that it could help with detox too, which I could use! I'm worried tho, like what if it doesn’t work for me or even worse gets my stomach upset more? Oh, I forgot to mention that I also get weird cravings after eating—whatever that’s about!
